EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining McFall, Breitbeil & Eidman, P.C., Stephen was an associate with a boutique Trusts, Estates, and Guardianship litigation firm. This practice offered him experience with a broad array of disputed subject matter, including real estate issues, business disputes, healthcare, financial institutions, family disputes, and fiduciary obligations. Stephen gained litigation and appellate experience in law school through internships for the Honorable James O. Browning of the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico and the Honorable Justice Charles W. Daniels of the New Mexico Supreme Court.
